In the heart of San Benedetto del Tronto, along the ancient Laberinto street once inhabited by fishermen, this establishment is located just a short walk from the Madonna del Soccorso Hospital, only two minutes on foot from the train station, and five minutes from the beaches of the Riviera delle Palme. The building has undergone a complete renovation, carried out in accordance with the regulations for historic centers, aimed at improving energy efficiency and seismic safety while preserving its original identity.
The six bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, offer elegant and comfortable spaces enhanced by high-quality finishes and modern amenities such as mini-fridges, coffee machines, and electric kettles. Three south-facing rooms feature spacious exclusive verandas designed for relaxation, even in inclement weather, thanks to a clever foldaway bed system that allows for flexible space usage according to needs. The two north-facing rooms and the suite on the top floor also include a practical kitchenette, ideal for longer stays or for guests seeking more independence.
The entire property is equipped with heat pump air conditioning, controlled mechanical ventilation, state-of-the-art smart TVs, and high-speed internet access via Ethernet and Wi-Fi. Advanced home automation with Amazon Alexa voice assistance allows for intelligent control of lights and access. The spacious and well-appointed bathrooms feature shower boxes with hydromassage columns and chromotherapy, and every room is equipped with a video intercom, with the building served by an elevator.
Breakfast, included in the reservation, is offered in a self-service format with a wide selection of traditional Italian sweet products and is available from June to September, when it can be pleasantly served in the garden of the property. In the remaining months, breakfast is not provided, as it would not be possible to ensure the same level of comfort and hospitality outdoors. This is the perfect solution for business trips, short vacations, or extended stays, located in a strategic position within an environment that blends tradition and technology.
The breakfast included in the reservation is only available from June to September, when we can welcome you in our garden to start your day outdoors, surrounded by nature. Unfortunately, during the other months of the year, we are unable to provide this service, as breakfast is served exclusively outside.
